Take a look at the cost buying from the states through a mate so you can avoid you know what, might not be cheaper though with GBP on its ass.

Just checked my c/c statement from earlier this year it worked out at £338 purchasing while in the US including UPS delivery to my hotel.
 
Buying direct from colourdmd currently will cost you more than buying from the U.K. distributor above. How times have changed.
 
Pinball Displays are great, with great customer service. I think they are out of the LCD ones at present though.

That is the question for the ages…….😂

I have an LED in my Big Buck Hunter and love it, but I have also seen the LCD in a load of machines and it looks good too!

I think the LED is more true to the original DMD.

I would try and look at a few to see what you prefer.
 
I've been looking for a big Colour DMD for Baywatch but the UK chaps don't have them and haven't done for a while. Only place I can find with stock is PU-parts but they won't ship to the UK after brexit. Frustrating but saving me north of 500 quid I guess

pinball center or ministry of pinball. I know I saw on one or the other recently.
 
I would be willing to trade the ColorDMD LCD from my Tommy for an LED display, I am unable to access the backbox without having to lift the whole speaker panel due to the height of the LCD panel which is a pain in the hoop, as I regularly access the pinsound card to change the USB playlist.
