Can someone make and river a new ramp flap? Diner elevator ramp

Claire's Diner has this interesting repair.



At first it seemed ok to ignore it as it's hidden but due to how thick the plastic is we get a lot of airballs that cause vibration and knock a flasher out of it's lamp holder.


Would anyone here be able to make a new ramp flap and fix it for us?

I could but the pop rivits they have used might have widened the holes in the plastic ramp. I won’t know till I get to look at it.

I had this problem. You can buy replacement ramp flaps James at Pimnall Bazaar, and then I sent the whole ramp and new flaps to Andy Netherwood who riveted them on for me
