I've just received a TOM and someone has scratched the clear part of the DMD panel, not obvious scratches but very fine and all over so the display looks slightly blurred. Is it possible to buff this back to clear or is any attempt to rectify just going to make things worse?

Thanks for the recommendations, anyone actually have experience of doing this on a DMD panel though? don't want to make it worse.

Using Novus 2 & 3 help improve it but I suspect the scratches will be too deep to be removed. I've no experience but you'll probably have to use some extra fine sandpaper or flame polish it. Probably easier buying a new panel...!:hmm:

The stuff for Convertible rear windows is good at removing scratches in plastic. I cant remember the name of the stuff but should be available on ebay etc. Made by Renovo

As Carl said the Meguires stuff is excellent, ive used this on DMD panels and Bike Helmet Visors Scratch X is the product
