Mine works OK but I keep it in the garage so has cool air flow. I know a few have failed reading the Blade forums.

Just ordered Octoberfest beers for the perfect draft today so Blade gets a break now.

I've had mine for about 4 year maybe more never had a problem with it but ive read also that a good few have problems keeping the kegs chilled.

Which model do you have? How long does the beer last in the barrel?

True TTD-1 stainless steel, keg kept at about 1-2c will last about 6 weeks apparently from tapping. Longest I have had one last was 4 weeks until empty and was ok, I use co2 gas.
Using co2 rather than air keeps it fresher-longer.

I paid £1300 from Nisbets but the prices are not so cheap now, I did see a couple of like new black ones on eBay the other week for a few hundred each but was in Gatwick otherwise I would have bought them.

Currently buying 30 litre (52pint) Mahou kegs which are easier to move, £112.00.
50 litre kegs you need to watch your back!
