Best LED for Spotlights?

Just installed two spotlights on the slings of The Shadow in the hope of better illuminating the phurba ramps, I'm using a concave LED but it doesn't throw the light very far, would the 3 SMD ones be a better bet?

I have red, green, blue and yellow versions of these in my spiderman spots. They are awesome.

Carl, try some of pinballdaze or 1stoppinball mega brights (4x smd). They cast so much light I keep getting phone calls from NASA to turn them off
