Batman Forever cannon problem

The cannon that fires a ball across the playfield is giving me grief. Wherever i aim for it keeps hitting the right habit rail. Dont want to start bending rails unless i have to. Should the ball be fired under said rail.

Yes, it should fire under the rail. You should be able to hit the VUK or the right orbit with the cannon

Odd that it hits the rail from the cannon. Wouldn't of thought the rail would of bent in time.

Could the cannon be positioned too high or is this not possible

If i remember rightly it is fixed onto a spindle that's driven by a motor. Could be possible but i doubt it. Maybe the angle it fires the ball at if anything? Anything look warped?

Cannon is sitting as low on the spindle as it will go so removed the rail and slightly bent it.
Cannon fires under the rail now. Thanks for the advice.
