Bally/Stern multi game board don’t work

I’ve messaged @Dave2084 re this but still no reply. I bought one for a mate in Dec 2020. He’s never tried it in a machine till early this week (basically he’d misplaced it).
All it does is light up the green led on the multi game board. 3 different machines on 3 different boards. All switches were set as per info sheet. Pressing the test button puts the led out and the cpu led on. Tried it with game EPROMs in and out the cpu board. Any ideas anyone. Ken

sounds like a faulty board then if youve tried in 3 different machines. i’ve bought several and work fine for me. with or without the games original roms.

Dave’s been in touch and we’re getting it sorted

I’ve asked Ken to send the board back to me so I can see what’s wrong as I’ve not had a report of another faulty one and I’ve sold quite a few.

I’ll probably just send him a replacement anyway but I don’t have any built right now.

Got the board back today, it seems like the EPROM has failed as it now contains bad data.

I've programmed a new one and will return to Ken tomorrow.

Update.
A new eprom in my board arrived yesterday from Dave. Quick efficient turnaround and this one is working perfect.
