When left flipper is activated 90% of the time this causes a low volume "click"interference sound.
Anyone else had similar problems?
Remade a few of the connectors, and put a capacitor across the EOS on that side, also replaced the flipper switch as contacts were virtually non existant

TIA

Read about this somewhere recently. I think it was solved by rerouting the speaker cables.

could it be that u7 chip on the sound board ,I remeber someone telling me if you have interference it will be this one I think,

Rerouted the main ac cables, and made a new interconnect loom between the two sound boards.also tried rerouting speaker cable.issue is really two different ones.one is mains hum when game not playing then the click when left flipper is gently pressed, does not happen if hit quickly so think its the arcing on flipper buttton switch causing the clicking interference sound in speaker.is it worth putting a small cap across flipper switch contacts tho that would cause a slight delay?
hopefully @pinballmania will see this or a bally expert

I was told about sound interference being this chip ! ,when I was repairing the the sound board in the medusa which I had at the time ,if there was a noise after I had replaced all the caps on the board !
