Thought i would put up an Irish pinshed build with the help of other pinheads from Ireland and make this our HQ to get old and new players back into the game.
Day 1 clean up and burn excess before it gets pulled out.
Size wise it will be 24 ft wide x 40 foot long total 960 sfoot.
It won't be a long build total time I'm told 35 days .

Actually I think maybe 30 as you should have enough space for 4 against the wall opposite the door (assuming the door is on one of the smaller walls).

Ok a few questions to answer.
It was planned for 16 pins and 10 vids a juke box and a pool table with a bar and seating that double as pull out beds for the extra quests that may or may not use them.
If it was just pins might squeeze in close to 40 but that don't suit the environment I'm trying to have here.
The finished article looks good will be sound proof and well insulated from top to bottom and all 4 sides.
It's a purpose built shed made from local materials here.as the build progresses I will list what was used when I get a chance.
Like now these boys are are just the concrete lads setting up for the pour so no point detailing that.
Only thing I have not planned for is @newdos he awesome system of an app running the lights and alarms/heating

I could get another row of 10 in my shed but you then fitting people in for tourneys and stuff becomes more challenging.

So end of day 2 that's our progress so far no work sat/Sun with full concrete base and kingspan insulation.

No to that wood. I was thinking a wood one like Neil's but stepped away for the continuous upkeep of the wood.
The problem with the ground where I live is huge boulders and not been able to drop much futher down.but that's a 5 in base with another 50 mill to go on top screening for that is today's part and you will see what I mean.

Looks fantastic - how much mm of celotex on the floor? Are you going to screed the floor?

End of day report and hopefully answer some questions
Floor was screened and floated and looks like glass and won't even have dust rise from it.
50mm insulation went into floor base and total height of concrete is now 8 inches.
Heating will be either an AC Mitsubishi unit with 3 vents for hot or cold or eco radiators x6 just depends on a phone call over the next few days.
Insulation for the sides and roof will be 100mm and held in with silver backed plaster board.
The incline from my back door to bottom of base won't be much and final hill has to have wheelchair access so no step and anything can be brought in with a pallet truck no hassle.
Day off tomo but Thursday will be laying the pipes for sewage and electricy and water to the building and pulling remaining 30 foot of grass and get it ready for concrete on top of pipes but depends if the amour cable arrives or not.

Ok Holiday over for builder and myself.
So next job on the list was to put down pipes and dig out trenches for electricity and water.
Tomorrow is putting down more concrete and drainage and wheelchair access for the building.
