Back box sag “Mousin Around”

Picked up a Mousin Around that has a noticeable bow in the bottom pic of the back box.

I have started looking for a template to make a new pic but have not found one as of yet.

Do I have any other options as the back glass is difficult to install and remove?

I also can't seem to find the plastic pc that the backglass rests in. Once i fix this i would like a new one as this one is cracked from the bow.

Is it the wood that's bent, or just the back glass channel?

It is the wood bottom that is warped

The only item they have that the glass rests in is the H channel pc.

I can find all the lift channel pcs i want. Just can't seem to figure out where the lift channel sets into pc is. HA
