Hi all -

I've decided to sale my mint AFM.

It's had the following done to it -
New playfield
New cabinet decals
All chromed parts polished to a lovely shine
New legs
Colour DMD
Full Pinball center LEDs
New strobe light bulb
All flippers rebuilt.
New ribbon cables
New ramps

I'm looking around £6750 ono or would trade for a nice TZ plus cash my way.

Very nice. If you're going to drop £7k+ on AFMr then I'd probably rather have a mint original like this personally

Yes if it was mint original and not a restored mint original yes well worth £7k. Very Nice pin but shame it's not original original.

Each to their own. A new playfield and decals doesn't devalue it for me. Still the original cabinet, boards, parts, translite and internals

True put none original decals at some point will wrinkle around the legs and a repro playfield is never as good as a original unless it is a original and been professional done. Like I said nice pin but I would say more £6k. I was wanting a lovely original but there isn't any and with the new one coming out at nearly the same price at £7k for the standard and new in box at £7.5k. Well like you said each yo there own anyway good like on the sale mate.

Rubbish. What do you class as 'professionally done'?? It depends partly on how installed, and partly what the quality of the decals is. I know originals that have wrinkles at the legs (Rfm for example), and the reproach are much better (with modern stern style leg mounts).

Also - repro pf never as good as the original?? There's been a number of bad ones, however a number of good ones!!

I've had the same broom for 20yrs, it's only had 4 new heads and 2 new handles!
