Has anyone got a tool or method for removing the asic chip from one cpu board and placing into another??

Cheers

I also meant to say you do it with a couple of tiny watchmaker screwdrivers. If you're feeling brave ... ;)

Thanks @TYHO for all your help. Cpu board working with correct led flashing until sound card/display ribbon is plugged in. Another problem for another day. Sound and dmd's are so overated.
