I dont know exact current line up but the line up has never really changed that much in the time I have been going i.e. 2 to 3 years. Often only 3 machines of the 15+ machines are turned on and you need to ask the staff to turn others on for you as they get quite grumpy if you do it yourself. Actually I have had them be quite grumpy about turning other machines on.
I have a photo from July 2023 when the line up was as below, maybe 1 or 2 more. Rollergames may be gone now as it was for sale a few weeks back but I expect most will be the same.

A13 definitely wasn't there and I don't recall franky either. It seems that they seem to be selling a machine every so often and no new stuff coming in. Back in 2017/8 Pinformer listed 24 machines and what I listed above was in the list then. Pinformer hasnt been updated since then and Pinball Map doesn't even have a listing for The Arkade. @Ant-H might be more up to date on what is there as he visits regularly.
It's often not that they are broken - they just don't turn them all on in order to save electricity, particularly at non-peak times when they may only have 2 or 3 switched on.
I’ve just submitted the location to Pinball Map with a few of the machines confirmed below to start the entry, once it shows up on the map in a day or two then it can be updated with the full list whenever anybody can confirm the current full lineup.
I bought the A13 from @Pool Shark (Marcus) quite a few years ago now. Marcus runs ‘The Arcade’ I’m sure he can answer the question on the current line up.

14 machines 5 of which were off. I asked for them to be turned on and he told me they are prob off because they are broken.
Its been there at least 4 years, I was GC on it for a while , a rare event in itself!They got a ATMcurrently one of my Fav games. Is it new, can`t remember it being there before.

I was there today as I’m pretty local now. They’ve moved them from where they used to be to the opposite corner of the arcade up a little flight of stairs.Anyone know the current state of play regarding pinball in or around Minehead??
Off to Butlins for a week soon and am hoping to flip a few games.
4 or 5 games were off but I had a few games on Road Show and Indy.

Just an FYI as I don’t think it’s on the Pinball Map, in the Minehead Butlins complex itself, there’s a Walking Dead!
I'm onside now at Butlins Minehead right now ....not found the Walking Dead pin anywhere...do you know which venue/where onsite it's located please. Think I have searched most of the site with no luck. Thanks in advance.
UPDATE:- finally found it at the back of the bowling alley. Thanks for the heads up
FURTHER UPDATE:- Just got back from flipping a few games in Arkcade, got a chance to flip Gilligans Island, Indiana Jones, and Attack from Mars (which currently has a floppy left flipper). Hopefully will pop back down later this week.

Fish and chip takeaway just to the right (west) of Arkade is excellent so fill up too. Always have fish and chips there and eat them outdoors in one of the seafront shelters.
This is the one that has great fish and chips. Seaview Takeaway. They even had gluten free for my wife.
Popped in today, about half the games were down. Had fun on Gillian’s Island though lol and a few games on Bride Of Pinbot. Like the new location, out the way off the arcade floor away from screaming kids 
Sharkys shoot out looked fun but was down and so was jokers which is a fun simple game (missing alphanumeric)
