Looks like the sparrow in GTA.
Weird that it looks like an Remote Control Model, but that could just be the model used on the playfield.
Other than Mash, there was a Bell 47 in Xmen First Class and the Batcopter from Batman 66 film, but that had bat wings on it.

Pinball is and has always been camp . Even the macho themes. Take a game like F14 . Three disco lights on the top and a pilot called Ramrod
