Anybody know about Goldeneye mpu?

Theres a golden eye up for sale locally.
A non worker.
I know its a sega whitestar like my JP lost world .
Worst case it needs an MPU but goldeneye isn't listed by rottendog for the whitestar ?
Manual says its part 520-5136-42 but the rottendog board replaces 520-5137-01

any ideas?
