Any N64, GameCube or Dreamcast buffs on here?

I just sold a SNES, GBA, Atari Lynx etc to a guy on Facebook Marketplace who buys this stuff. Gave me a very fair price, basically what stuff was finishing at on eBay. Can put you in touch if you like.
Can you give me his details too. Have some rare SNES games that I’ve kept in mint condition over the years which I may be looking to sell

Yep all original. I was a collector/gamer in my youth and a shop local used to stock import games before being released in the uk and of course many RPG’s never got released too.

Kenny- I know it’s a ball ache; but you’d probably get a lot more £ selling them on EBay. Some of those games will go for hundreds- just be careful not to get shafted selling them on the cheap matey

Here’s my earthbound. I used to remove the game straight away and file the boxes away. I’m sure Earthbound even then was almost the price of a console!

i had loads of mainly uk SNES games, all mint, but traded them for a PS1 back in the day. BIGGEST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE. Hated the PS1.

Yeah, that’s super rare these days. If I were you I’d get a few rough sold prices beforehand if you go to a retro games buyer. Think I can make out Pocky and Rocky- again another very sought after game too

Yep Pocky Rocky is a good game.. Happened to mention to someone at work I had a collection. He’s heavily into gaming but a bit younger than me and wouldn’t have had the money to buy these games at his age.. so dug out the boxes the other week. Could I find the box with earthbound. Typical it was at the very bottom of boxes which I’d already looked thru and missed.. I honestly thought I had traded it..

The sheer size of the box meant most got damaged or thrown by unappreciative parents- think you’d do well selling them on the bay if you can get a no fees offer

Here are some of my favs....

Some crackers there mate, nice one.
Just made the mistake of looking on eBay at some of the sold prices of my old games.... really wish I hadn't

Ah the dreamcast. I was already an accomplished multiplayer Quake player on PC so I just had to grab myself one of these and try out that 56k Dreamcast modem.

I regret nothing.

If you had a Dreamcast keyboard and mouse, you could pretty much guarantee winning any Quake 3 online match

I've lost been in and out of the retro console scene a few times, but when ever I sell stuff it seems to be the time when it's all cheap, and whenever I buy stuff it always seems to be when stuff has shot up.
I've pretty much settled on having an N64 because MarioKart 64 cannot be enjoyed any other way :) and then a Pi in a SNES mini case with a megadrive, snes and NES controller (all 8bitdo) and a pi in a gameboy case for the handheld games.
N64 consoles are around £40-£80 depending on what comes with them - controllers, power back, memory jumper and what kind of nick they're in
(I bought a clean base, but with none of the bits for about £35 a year or so ago)

There is a guy who does a decent upscaler/hdmi converter for them that actually works, and the S-Video cable that works with the PAL models
Worth a look for anyone that fancies some N64 action via an AVR/HDMI TV
