Any ideas please….

Looking in the manual CN14 on Node 8 has lamp outputs on it, unless Im reading it wrong.

117 - Left Sling GI
121 - Right Sling GI
122 - Slimer

A bit annoying they dont provide wiring diagrams for these machines.

Is it just the lamps in your video or is there more than that?

There’s more, it’s multiple lamps that are on multiple boards all feeding back to both node boards (8 & 9)
It’s inserts only that flicker too (GI is fine)
 
I know this mind sound stupid... but what happens if you try a non-ghosting LED?
 
One test but is extreme is to power that motor from a completely isolated psu so any emi can’t back feed into its board / main machine power rail (upsetting the other boards)

All thd symptoms are pointing to motor noise.

Good idea but that’s beyond my abilities.
It’s not a major problem, would be good to eliminate it if there’s an easy fix though.
