I have an issue with AFM switches..

when ‘T’ in Martian (switch 33) is pressed, it triggers switch 43 -trough opto 2.. all others are fine..

common wire is White/Orange.. but cannot see where I’ve gone wrong, can see anything immediately wrong. Put a meter on the diode on the target and it reads 5.6.. reverse the probes and it reads 1 (display reads one anyway) so I take that as being 0 and OK.

I’ve done a lot of cleaning parts, taken stuff off and polished it.. ( cleaned trough boards and then used IPA to get rid of water.. that stuff was working fine...

Hey Pick..

So, looked at all the switches on same line.Bottom jet was stuck closed - sorted that..

Ball trough 3 wasn’t registering- I pushed the LED and It aligned and came back- but still it persists.

looked at Marvin's guide looked at the 4 switches in a “Square“ 2 are unused..

Turned game off and looked tested diode on switch that’s all good

Problem resolved

Both green targets on the ‘T’ and “I” had wires soldiered to the banded end of the diode..

The “T”made the Trough Opto 2 activate and the “I” made the bottom jet activate..
