Installed the Gozmod on my AFM mothership. On boot up the LED’s light green, they flash when the ‘defence shield’ is hit then once that’s down and the main saucer target is hit some of the LED’s stop working. Reboot machine and it all happens again.
I’ve checked connector several times and loosened screws that secure the mod (suggestion by the mod creator!?)
His last suggestion was:

3) Your Power Board is putting out dirty signals.

Any idea at all what would be causing this please?
Cheers
Andy

I don’t know but I bought the one that can deal with the dirty signals and had no issues so far, I only bought that one because there must be a reason he made it. Plus the board looked nice☺️
Hopefully someone an help.

Did you check the backbox Z connection as I suggested?

Failing that, check continuity of all the cables from mothership to backbox

It might easier in test mode.

No Z connection on mine at all.
How would I check continuity between mothership & boards - not sure how to do that?
The original led array works perfectly if that helps.

Would exactly is a ‘dirty’ signal?

Sent back and is being replaced with the bullet version [emoji106]

Yeah - I got the top of the range board and had no issues. Its also worth checking it with original board.

Usual things - check connectors and spray in switch cleaner.

Original board works fine so hopefully it’s just a case of needed his more expensive one.
