There are multiple identical circuits that you know are working so you should be able to test the diodes and resistors and see if they match the none working ones.
So there is no need to preemptively change any parts unless you have tested and found them to indicate failure.
You can also check all the traces just to be sure there are no issues there.
My project BSD has one board or two out every night as I work through her issues. The better way is to be able to bench test them out if the machine but I do this as a hobby and enjoy the fault finding and fixing.
