Well seeing how my Frankenstein has pregnant belly syndrome, i thought i'd best fix it.

Looking rather sorry for itself.

I'd tried the wood hardener route in parts, but it was just soaking it up like a sponge :(

Time to rip it out

All done, like a fresh clean blanket :)

Wow, that was some nasty sag. Did it stink? (Smelling everything you fix gets you closer to wizard modes in pinball)

There wasn't that much smell to be honest, just lots of dust when i ripped it off.

Just drilled hole for switch and fixed speaker to the bottom. Slowly slowly catchy monkey..

Nice! Can't believe you even attempted to save that mess! MDF is great... until it gets wet :(

Don't forget those 4 ventilation holes along the back edge too ;)

I know i was kind of ****ing in the wind trying to save it, it went worse in the middle when i was man handling it..

See? That's the problem, right there! If you'd ****ed in the toilet instead of the in the wind it wouldn't have gone all over the MDF and made such a mess! ;)
