Active tournaments but not used in players rankings

Your ranking is determined by the total WPPRs from your best 15 tournaments
The tournaments which are still active (i.e. within the last 3 years) but not currently in your top 15 fall into the category in the thread title.
Because WPPR values decay each year, it is possible to have tournaments move in and out from not counting to counting and vice versa. After 3 years they will decay to zero and move to your past events list.
