Hi all,

I've decided its time to move on my AC/DC Premium. it's a great machine but it seems that I'm the only one who's playing it - my mates all like games with modes etc and can't be bothered to work out the strategies needed for big scores! If I had more room I'd keep it just for me, but as I can only fit two in I need something that will grab the interest of others - it's always more fun playing against someone.

I bought it NIB from Pinball Heaven just under a year ago, and it hasn't been moved since I unboxed it. I've just checked and it has 307 plays since I installed V1.63 (didn't update it to V1.65 as I didn't want to lose my admittedly not very impressive GC score!) and only had around another 50-100 or so before the update. It looks brand new - I'll be able to take some pics this weekend but it honestly looks like every other one you've seen, and it has a clear lower playfield window unlike some of the early production games.

Afraid I'm not interested in any trades as I need the space and money for another machine that is incoming soon. I'm not entirely sure of the value as I haven't seen any HUO for sale over here so I'm asking £5.5k or best offer. If interested please email me at guytimmis@gmail.com

The machine is located in Kentish Town, North London.

Thanks

Guy

You may notice that there is no tilt bob installed - I've been using one I've had spare which I removed in the past couple of days, and the one that came with the machine is brand new and included. Goodie bag is still stapled to inside of cab.

I've been advised that £5.5k may be on the high side so price reduced to £5250 OBO. I'm happy to take any further pics as required. The other side of the cab is just as nice, although hard to access for pics!

Thanks,

Guy

Makes you realise how numb we have become to prices, 5K for a pinball, sure why not, seems reasonable enough but when you give it some thought it's a whole lot of wonga, we've just got used to it I think but newbies must cough up a lung when they see what some titles go for esp NIB LE's or MM's or should I say what MM's used to go for :D

I sometimes think I want to save 6k for a new game then I think what else I could do. Like take the family on holiday, upgrade the car, sort home improvements etc .. And it puts it in to perspective. I can't see me being able to drop more than 2k into a machine until I retire and that's almost 30 years away thanks to the government ****ing my pension. But that's another story!!!
But hey, then we wouldn't have anything to look forward to

I just wanted to say that I bought a game from Guy a while back and he is a top bloke and great to deal with. Buy with confidence.

NIB machines are a serious treat for someone (or are they with all the unfinished code and teething issues) I would not dream of dropping 5k on a pin until MMLE remake came along and that is for the business purposes so I can skip the VAT etc which sort of makes it OK otherwise it would be no way, it's like a brand new car..... that purchase is for someone else also (newest car I have owned has been at least 6 years old, I don't look after them anyway so maybe it's for the best ;)).

Aye, NIB was a one off for me and took 5 years of buying and selling 12 different pins to afford. Fortunately I made some good purchases over the years and Woz ended up nearly paying for itself
