Abbreviated pin names

Should we have a list of all abbreviated names somewhere as when I see TAF or wh2o, I know what it means but I didn't till not so long ago and when you see some especially that you don't know the full name it's even harder to work out ?

Yeah sorry. Typed in my response then got distracted. Came back and hit send without realising someone had beat me to it in the meantime.
 
Hahhahhahaha ok I get the message...

But was more referring to a post on here not a link, and looking over that list there are more pins out there, Saturn 2, spy hunter. Dolly Parton are just the ones associated with my pin So it's not a conclusive list ...

I don't think I've seen an abbreviation related to pins thats not been on that list so far. If its not on the list it's usually spelled out longhand so far as I've seen.

It seems to be updated fairly regularly as it has abbrevs for ST-ID, MOP, etc...
 
You can refer to Dolly Parton as DP if you like, just be careful how you phrase it

I'd probably use it's full name when Googling stuff though otherwise you'll end up with some far more interesting websites to look at than Marco Specialties :D
 
I think you could be on to something big, if our TLA (three letter acronyms) interest the internet. Than again, the internet may view DP and MB and ATM and SIITAAWIA differently

Wasn't you - It was me tying to edit some bad spelling on my post above and accidentally hitting "reply" by mistake. Think only the mods can delete a post entirely so just I deleted everything :)

Seems to be all southerners... so South Coast something something... TOM seems a bit obvious...Aha! Thats it!

South Coast Theatre Of Magic Addicts! It IS an AA equivilant! :D

That or a shadowy secret society buying up all TOMs so no one else can experience their pinball goodness causing the market to inflate the price due to the sudden lack of supply of that particular pinball. Once it reaches its artificial maximum pricing they will then irradiate the remaining supplies in Fort Knox and corner the world market... hmmm hang on... I think some of this might actually be a James Bond film plot...

Does anyone know if Grizz owns a white longhair cat perchance...? ;)

I can confirm that GrizZ owns a cat. A white long haired Persian cat. He likes to stroke it while wheeling around in his chair in between helicopter trips to his launch pad base beneath a fake volcano lake, and his undersea realm chock full of minty TOMs and Popeyes, being readied for war.

It is true. SCTOMA has been discovered. The final A is not for Assassins after all, but Addicts. Busted. GrizZ *has* the magic!

A detailed memo of this conversation has been wired to the sarge who is currently storming the beaches of Normandy ( no joke ) and a battle plan shall be drawn up to deal with this " A " situation.

Hold on! Dan, if Grizz is away then I expect a bucket load of porn to be uploaded by you in the next 24 hours. Start hiding it in threads he would never suspect....;)
