there would have to be rules - for example, the A list would need to be limited numbers, perhaps 20 titles? B list could be another 30 or so, then outside of this top 50, the next 50 could be C list ...... and the rest also rans

Hmm... How about top 100 SS as per IPDB.... Adding machine may be a little difficult...
I'd suggest you use the top 100 at least, and an option to also suggest other titles

Already have them listed.... Just pinged the developers forum to see if there's any easy way to post a poll without having to list each one...... i suspect not tho.... 
I should be able to work that out by intercepting a post with two poll items and then rewriting the post with 100 tables. I will check tomorrow.
