A couple of forum niggles

Hi Paul

Since the update there are a few niggles with use on my iPhone (which is all I use really!)
Now I'm not sure if it's since the forum update or the iOS 8 update but I can't mark all forums as read. The button appears but I can't push it!

The same with uploading a file. I can't push the browse button which accesses my photos.

Oh and any chance of adding the .mov media file option to the videos so we can upload vids straight from iPhone or iPad??

Even this reply box is having issues! Can't put your finger on the fault to correct stuff, have to delete back manually.

It's like non-linear video editing, only to go bck to tape-to-tape instead. I can't be ****d to correct the word "back" justback there a bit.

Stupid iOS 8.

Guys, can we can some tech support information from you.

I can guess this is IOS8 but is this via Safari browser, another browser or an app like tapatalk?

it's iOS8 8.0.2 with Safari on iPad and iPhone.

Normally you can put your finger on the text, a little magnifying glass appears showing you where you want to release the cursor to edit the text - this function appears to have stopped working.

Another problem is the 'choose a file' dialogue when uploading images - the browser does not allow you to press it. Nothing happens.

I'm using a desktop Mac now so can edit text as i normally need to given my limited grasp of grammar.

Had a conversation with Paul about this last week as it was driving me nuts not being able to reposition the cursor etc. Hopefully Apple will sort this sooner rather than later.

I have just noticed the same , when trying to upload photos I select " choose existing photo , When I do this it switches the whole site off and goes back to google home page. iOS 8 I take it ?

that's a new one - however i would say since it's linked to that uploading photos issue then i would say it could well be...
