I think you mean 'numeric' display to avoid confusion.
Any 7 digit 7-segment display from Alien Poker through to Pin-Bot* would suit. This type still appeared as an additional display on much later games like Taxi, Police Force and Riverboat Gambler. If it came down to it, the glass from a Bally 7-digit display is the same.
