Actually, Harley is user operable, theres a button on one side of the cab for the up post.
I have an RBION with skill posts. I like them...on this game only. Set the game to really hard and three ball play and go for extra balls on the temple and COMPLETING modes to get to wizard modes. Games usually last over an hour.
Or......turn the posts off for a normal game......two different games for the price of one!
I played a sopranos with skill posts at a show and got bored quickly though.
If you have one pin with skill posts, then your brain and fingers get hard wired to play the extra buttons and then any other pin with these buttons is very easy to play.

"1987 - 2004 Sega/Stern.. Skill Posts.... To Have......or Have Not" it's like having the guards/sides up in a bowling alley, fine for kids
