Wanted Zaccaria 6 digit displays or modules

Got Locomotions soundboard fixed to find a display has lost a few digits. Swapped a module from the credit display, then that died also. Will look into why two have died in the same spot but need some displays or modules.

Has anyone got any spare?
 
Like hen's teeth original Zac parts might be easier going for the led ones.
 
We all had to start somewhere David ;)

It's a dead easy watch a few YouTube videos first and get a semi-decent soldering station.

To be honest I can solder, it's not the best. Its the desoldering I struggle with. Swapping those modules was a faff as they have many legs.

I suppose the displays are just adding the components and I can't see how I'll go wrong 😊
 
Yeah. Building new PCBs is a doddle. I agree with you re: desoldering old boards it can be a pita.
 
you should be fine soldering them. if not send to me and i’ll do em. having made up several hundred bally ones i’m now immune to soldering
