Why have I lost all audio on Champion Pub...?

Hi guys, what should I check on a sound problem on CP?
Getting nothing at all, it just went one day..... and didn't come back
I have reseated the connectors and IC chips, all voltages seem to be present.. that's al I know to check
any ideas appreciated

Are the wires attached at all speakers? I believe they are wired in series so any one wire off and all sound is lost ( happy to be corrected if that's wrong! )

It is WPC95 so it has two independent amplifier chips - and the sub and backbox work separately.

Out of interest do you have full DMD as it runs on the same board.

Any eprom errors when you go into test?

Also - I know this sounds SO STUPID to suggest, but has your volume down button shorted out in the coin door?

Maybe also go into the sound test in the menu.

Is losing the sound on CP a bad thing

I had one years ago and the music drove me nuts.

I have no eprom errors in test or anywhere else. Neither speaker is working. Yes the DMD is operating perfectly.
Amazing how the loss of sound changes a game. CP really benefits from the tunes and speech calls ...
Also double checked the volume is up, which it is...lol
I'm going to pull ot the oscilloscope next and start poking around I think..
