I have used these guys before for similar displays on a Bally. I got the ones you put together yourself.

Yeah, they didn't pop up for me either until I added 'europe' to the search. Google seems to prioritize US sites

Does Sean at Pinball Palace not carry them? He has a lot of displays across most systems.

On the displays I got for a Bally you had the option to get ready made or you solder them yourself and save something like like 50 euros. For a Williams system that may be a pain in the ass as they have a display driver board
The displays used for Williams System 9 are the same as for System 7, the display driver board doesn't have any of the display envelopes mounted on-board. Each display is simply fixed to its own small pcb, and connected to the display driver by a ribbon cable.
