I can raise you about the original picture, though not with any photo of my own.
Williams Black Knight wasn't long new at a local arcade when a Bonus Ball (end of multi-player game) timed multi-ball ended, and the three balls landed in a triangle on the tips of the flippers.
Phone camera? Very few people even had a car phone at the time.
