Yes, I see a Williams 7-digit display master pcb, suitable for Alien Poker through to Sorceror. Though it may be limited to 2 player displays, as the label shows it's from a Time Fantasy (the '15' of the label's "??315" matches TF's model number, 515.

And mistaken as it turns out; TF was a 4-player game, though it seems that early on it was intended as a 2 player.
