A while ago Manny was selling a used scared stiff cab together with a set of the best decals for it (from Australia). So I bought these as a package. As manny had built his customer a brand new cab - he had stripped out all of the metal, screws, cable guides etc out of his customer's donor cab

I have finally got round to stripping my original scared stiff cab and am mid way through the swapover. But I have had to remove most of the metal, screws and cable guides etc from it. It does have the earth braiding but that is about it. I did have a buyer lined up for it but given how long it took me to do the swapover, his plans changed

I have been approached to sell it. What do used cabs go for nowadays ?

I would just add that having two cabs side by side when you do a decal job makes the swap over a very much easier job as you do not need to mess about bagging things, labelling them, taking loads of photos, manhandling wiring looms, storing it all for weeks ....

Thanks

I've bought a few over the years for virtual projects and have paid around £100ish for the bare cab with no metal work.

I'll take it off your hands for that assuming it is not too banged up... I'll take a close look at the pics when they download on my slooooooowww connection
