TOTAN coin slot light not working

Coin slot light not lighting, iv tested back to J2 White-Violet then from J2 back to J 104 on the PDB and am not getting a voltage.
Any thoughts? Would anyone recommend bypassing and linking into another sauce ?

Couple things..

0V measured at J104?
Is the rest of the GI ok?
Are you sure your meter is set to volts AC?

Instide the door on the left hand side is a large board which is the coin interface board.

Has lots of connectors and you usually find one of these needs pushing back in with a IDC tool.

Would check that first.
