On the cow's milk side, I am adicted to the Worcestershire Hop:

My misses loves all different types of cheese from mouldy blue through to very rare cheeses, whereas i'm more of an "extra mature cheddar" or "smoked cheese" person at best.
We get through an obscene amount of cheese in this house... everyone is a mouse.
