What are the target marks at the bottom for?

Assuming they’re something to do with the registration for printing

A registration mark then and it would be behind the leg. I guess a purist would like to see these on repro decals.

Yes mate you are correct they are registration targets which are on each film output for each colour to line up the colours when screened printed to keep the registration perfect.

I wouldnt have thought so mate. They offer nothing and are hidden by the leg. For me anyway, life is waaaaay to short for that.

I suppose it depends on the purist anyway, some prefer battered up old cabinets to ones with shiny new stickers on.
