T2 dot matrix straight lines.

Hi guys ,as above playing our T2 tonight and the dot matrix started showing vertical lines about 10 digits apart all the way along the screen.Display is nice and bright and requires no warm up. Whats up? thanks Stu

Try re seating the ribbon cables

Probably every 8 lines. If reseating the ribbon cables doesn't help, with power OFF, push home the square socketed chip on the CPU, pressing around the edge with your thumb.

Also worth reseating the RAM on the dot-matrix board. But he seems to have gone.....
