Yes it could possibly restored to its former glory but the cost and effort needed would be something no mere mortal pinhead could manage and take that special pinhead god amongst us. OK so now that’s out of the way heres a nice spares pin packed with a nicely populated playfield, it does not suffer from rust or oxidisation and also comes with the bonus of a nice working DMD and Unused powder coated legs (albeit not colour co-ordinated)
If breaking for spares the ramps are really decent and all the mechs below the PF must be worth a small fortune alone so if you after a nice Cab for a VPin a little time and effort stripping it down and eBaying some of the stuff could probably net you a good chunk of the initial purchase. The legs gotta be worth £50 as does the working DMD which is strong and bright and has no missing dots that I’ve noticed (Tested on my FG)
I’ve personally and regretfully scrapped around 6 pins over the years and the screws, posts and generic bits have came in so handy and to this day has left me with a nice spares box I access regularly.
I will give priority to anyone who pays in full or can collect the soonest or alternatively arrange with Martin to collect ASAP. He has been here too many times usually delivering lol.
