Sopranos Slingshot Locked on

So when I power my Sopranos on the slingshot immediately fires and stays locked on, luckily I spotted it before burning the coil out. I'm assuming a transistor has fried as I seem to remember this happening before on another game and that was the culprit.

Looking through the manual it looks to me that the Q13 transistor would be the one, is that right? Also can anyone tell me what actual transistor I need to order?

More than likely q13. Q1 - 16 is a 22NE10l
Q17 - 32 are tip122’s
