Shadow stuck ball.

Just wondered if anyone else has seen this happen at all and if there’s a way to avoid it?
Doesn’t happen very often but on my Shadow the ball sometimes gets stuck in the two places shown:

Never get either of those on our Shadow, but then we do have it set up pretty steep [emoji846]

I’ve got it pretty much as steep as the legs allow although the bubble suggests it should be steeper. It’s not a major problem just wondered if it was the norm or not.

Never had that on my old one with the back feet at the highest and front lowest
