OT - anyone in Portsmouth?

Wondering if anyone in Portsmouth can help or advise

Marie and I are are cycling in France in June for a fortnight - travelling on the ferry from Portsmouth
We'd planned to travel down from home on the train, but it seems it is impossible to guarantee we can get bike places on the train in time to catch the ferry, so now we need to think about driving down

Does anyone on here have a parking space we could rent within reasonable cycling distance of the Portsmouth ferry terminal?
Or if not, could suggest a not too expensive secure place to leave a 3 year old VW Touran?

You could have a look at justpark.com if nothing comes up. There are usually spots on people's driveways available for a small price
