Obvious question but...

Can someone check this pic and reassure me that the circled coil is wired incorrectly.



I’ve been using these pinside TAF resto pics for guidance as they’re generally really good quality pics. But just wanted to make sure that’s not correct.

Correct. It is wired incorrectly.

Easy enough to work out yourself, just mentally rotate it round and compare to the one next to it or look at the two underneath that are in the same direction.

As long as there’s no diode on the coil it doesn’t matter which way round they’re wired.
