As titled, a really nice untouched original theatre of magic. First thing to say is this is NOT restored , it is just as is original. Picked up recently (previous 20 years home use) and was going to restore but its almost too nice originally to do it. A dilemma with a game this nice in original condition. Even the gold rails are still shiny. Fixed all electronic faults on it and plays good. Would benefit from flipper rebuild maybe, though flippers are still good. Both side magnet saves are working, trunk ok and box plastic original not broken. Playfield inserts are not lifted or worn, see pics. DMD original orange. no lines out that i saw. Copy manual included

Minor points are some touched up edges/ old wrinkle near legs on cabinet from long time ago. Old replacement trap door flap, non original white centre targets. Some plastics broken.

Needs to be inspected and played before collection/Pickup. Martin here in a few weeks most likely as i have something being delivered.

Great looking machine, I believe those white centre targets are original.

Edit to remove frustrating comments 😬

Well its here if anyone wants it... When was the last time you saw a nice original condition Theatre of Magic that hadn't been blinged to death or was mostly repro parts?

Can i suggest though please don't write 'pm sent' if you send me a pm, i already know you sent me one!! lol Seems to be the kiss of death on a sale thread..

Ok to answer some common questions. I think my description was overly cautious as this is not a restored game that i have taken apart or looked at in any great detail. the last thing i wanted was another ghostbusters scenario..

So cabinet leg wrinkle damage means this.. Personally i would just leave it as its 'patina' @!

Broken plastics means this (as far as i can see) Certainly no where near a full set needed..

1) Faded slingshot plastics
2) Right slingshot top cracked
3) Right middle plastic cracked
4) Skillshot cover plastic broken on bottom left hand edge
5) Something different/odd on the top right backboard plastic. Looks original but not like others i have seen
6) Centre ramp left edge broken and has metal cover

Again all of these are not major things, but a new set of slingshots and shooter lane cover plastic which i believe are avaialbe separately would do it. The purple plastics are very hard to get the same on repro sets

I guess you also don’t want posts of ’..definitely would but…’, but definitely would but I just don’t have the space. So frustrating ! 🙄

I shall delete my post, smack my own bum, and give myself a good talking to (in no particular order). It certainly wasn't my intention to frustrate anyone . . . just thought it was a good game for a fair price.

Pleased you got the sale Jim. 👍

It was said in jest and the frustration was genuinely on my side for not having the space 🙂..I just couldn‘t resist posting my own ’want it !’ reply. I smacked my ****, but stopped at that .

It's too late now. I have already administered myself a sound thrashing.

I've also banned myself from ever playing Walking Dead ever again as an additional punishment.

Is this still for sale

Pretty crazy I get people demanding 7k for a TZ and there's a perfectly good ToM going unloved for £5650. Mad times.
It will sell
Now holidays are over and kids are back.
Summer is always quiet for pinball sales.
Look at Venom :) (yes that is sarcasm)
People on this group knows this game will be in excellent working order, it has great photos etc.
