Not working properly

Actually he didn’t but he was playing it when it went. So he can vouch it did work lovely.
It was brand new in the box when i bought it. worked absolutely fine for a while. The issue is the mother board thinks there is an obscene amount of tickets due and such just keeps paying them out.
Now i bought the same game before i got this one and it happened too on that. I figured it was an issue with the machine and the seller kindly took it back.
However with the help of @myPinballs we have concluded that the firmware is corrupt.
So it needs new firmware and i have tried very very hard to get the original but had no success
It’s Chinese and was sold through home leasure direct
I’m emailing them one last time but other than that can either anyone else help or is anyone interested in making me an offer for what is left
