I've sorted out the hotel and arranged rates. Slightly up from last year.

Thursday - £42 BB single or £47 BB double– 5 rooms
Friday £64 BB single or £71 BB double – 30 rooms
Saturday - £97 BB or £102 BB double – 30 rooms (Friday & Saturday is £173 combined rate)
Sunday - £42 BB single or £47 BB double– 5 rooms
Monday - £42 BB single or £47 BB double– 5 rooms

This will also be the donation thread. may as well start off with my own!

We're off work for those dates so it's tempting. Is there a deal for bringing a pin? We might manage 3 in a normal van (avoiding a Luton till Pinfest 😄).

Got hit with some eye watering cost rises last week.

p.p.s, I think Gateshead is where the Hairdresser/extensions reality show my wife* watches is based?

*not going to lie, we watch it together :wave:

@Big Phil The rest of my TBA's will be Jokerz, Monte Carlo, Spectrum and either space shuttle if working by then, if not black knight 😊
 
On my bunch Space shuttle I doubt will be working in time and the listed alternate BK is out on loan. Other options are RFM, Paragon or Haunted House, what you fancy out of those?
 
OK bit of a panic here due to DDude not being ready I bought a really nice BMFE which was getting dropped off this afternoon to replace it.

However Martin somehow thought it was a BSD he was dropping off which I would have been happy to take but I guess the new owner may have not been happy with my BMFE 😂

He has promised he will try get to me on Fri morn and offered to drop at the venue so wondering what time it will be open Friday.
