Metallica speaker fade

Hi all
Recently the volume on metallica has faded out. It does drop back in intermittently which leads me to believe its a loose connection of some description.
Suggestions welcome.

Try unplugging the connector near the fuse list (with red and white wires) below the fluorescent tube and plugging it back in, do that a few times. Follow those wires back to the board they go into and reseat that connector as well. Finally the ribbon cable (at the top) between CPU and Power Board - reseat that
