We've got one in similar condition and paid around the same but this was just before the prices seemed to settle back down post COVID.
As much as I love it I think it's not a very desirable game. I don't know why as personally I prefer it to much more desirable games, like Theatre of Magic which is boring in comparison.

Non desirables aren't selling without taking a big loss at the moment
