Insulated Concrete Forms (ICF)

Has anyone had any experience building with ICF ?
It has several benefits over traditional methods, but currently not that widespread.
I'm considering it for a new build and trying to decide between ICF and timber frame.

I have been building extensions with it for 7 years and if given the choice would use it every time. I used Icf for my games room at the bottom of my garden. Main benefits for me are speed and u value. Cost is similar.
