Classic EM table, ready for restoration.
It is a one-player game, lots of fun, based on ‘Tic Tac Toe’ (aka ‘noughts and crosses’.) The playfield and backglass artwork are in typical 1960s style, by Gottlieb artist Roy Parker. Fewer than 40 examples are currently known to survive worldwide.
I’ve had this machine since the late 70s, but it’s not been played for at least 30 years. It was fully working at the time it was retired and moved to my cellar, but since then has not been switched on or operated. I am therefore selling it as a currently non-working restoration project.
I’d describe the current condition as “decent barn-find”. It is obviously going to be a serious restoration / refurbishment job to bring it back to playing condition, but all the original elements (including legs, glass, plastics, coin-mech, internal components etc) are present. Service parts such as balls, rubbers and bulbs will obviously require replacement where necessary. The legs have been re-painted at some point, but the cabinet and backbox are both in original livery.
